Lesson Summary
This was a two part project with the first part where students created a book trailer using WeVideo, an online movie editing program, on a book they read in order to persuade others to read the book as well. The second part was to practice reading a book as a group using good reading skills and being videotaped reading this book in order to give choice on a created webpage to those who may not have anyone to read books to them. Both projects were placed on a website and allowed the students to give a gift of reading to others who they will send the website link.

Rating: Approaching – Explanation: This lesson falls in the approaching range. Students used technology to create and share their work. A website was designed to bring the projects to others who would not get a chance to view otherwise.
