Rating: Ideal – Explanation: Students selected the most appropriate digital tools to create their authentic task to visual display their daily routine. Students reflected on their role as critical thinkers by sampling all the digital tools they could use and selecting the best for them. Students went above and beyond by blending different forms of technology to create their visual portion of their project.
Creativity & Innovation
Rating: Ideal – Explanation: Students took risks that supported their innovation. I kept using the term movie to talk about the visual. However I had several students that select to do PowerPoint animation type project that I never thought of as a option. The students went outside of the parameters of the project to find new ways to demonstrate their mastery of reflexive verbs. They taught me that stop motion or Spheros were not the only options for this project.
