Summary

Running a restaurant involves more than just preparing and serving food. Successful restaurants require, among other things, an attractive name and logo, an appealing and current menu, competent staff, strong accounting practices, and ongoing public relations efforts. Through taking on the roles of restaurant owners/managers, Principles of Business & Marketing students acquire and master various foundational computing and desktop publishing skills that are used throughout the business world.
