As a mathematics curriculum specialist and supervisor, I never liked the one-and-done professional learning days. As a result, I want to provide sustainable professional learning that have action targets beyond the initial training. I want to continue to support the implementation of your learning goals by participating in instructional rounds, learning walks, planning meetings, teacher trainings, office hours, etc. I work with administrators to teach them how to design and develop district/school plans and best support teachers. I work with teachers to create and use instructional best practices in order to provide deliverables that best support student success.
