ZippSlip Custom Forms for 16-17

Today, an email was sent to each School’s ZippSlip Contact. Reminder: ZippSlip Contact names were provided to Wendy Martin earlier this year.

It included a survey regarding the ZippSlip online packet for start of school forms.

In preparation for ZippSlip Contact Work Sessions that start on 8/3, we are trying to collect what if any custom forms your school would like included in the online packet. This is anything outside of district forms. Example: Car Loop Procedures or Parking Pass.

Please follow up with your school’s ZippSlip Contact to ensure this information has been relayed to Wendy Martin prior to their work session date.

Work sessions are available in ERO at https://ero.henrico.k12.va.us.

Please follow up with your school’s ZippSlip Contact to ensure the survey form is complete prior to their scheduled work session date.

If your contact has already submitted custom forms to Wendy Martin, they should still fill out the survey form, so that we can verify all forms are documented.
