Spring Student Information Record Updates Submitted through ZippSlip

Just a reminder that the ZippSlip parent window opened on March 14th and will remain open until March 25th.

Parents were notified to please login and respond either Yes to make updates to their student information record or No to denote no changes needed. Once Technology imports the changes that were submitted through ZippSlip, the registrar at your school can search for any student that did not receive electronic changes and print paper copies for distribution to collect changes on paper. The registrar can also begin the screening process in PowerSchool to update any changes collected through ZippSlip (new integration).

Technology is offering site based trainings to review the screening process in PowerSchool on 4/4 and 4/8. Virtual training will be available starting 4/4 via the blog to review the screening process in PowerSchool. Reminders were sent out Monday, March 14th to registrars and registrar backups at the schools as a reminder of this process.

FYI: Principals can log in at anytime to review the activity of the ZippSlip tool. See attached handout for principals which provides directions on reviewing online packets in ZippSlip.
