Instructional Leader Training

On April 20th, there will be training for all administrators (Principals, AsPs, APs, Interns, and Resource Teachers). The session will be a full day training on “Observational and Formative Feedback for Instructional Leaders”. Any administrator interested in a refresher is welcome to attend and any administrator who is brand new to the role will be required to attend a session. (There will also be a repeated session in August). Topics covered in the session: Evaluation Process, Post Observation Reports, Data Tools, Post Observation Conference, Formative feedback
