NWEA recently released new 2015 norms (see attached), which will be used for the coming school year. As you are developing criteria for student selection into various programs and interventions, please use the updated norms if you are going to be using fall 2015 or spring 2016 data. We will be training STCs and CARs in the new norms in August and September during their regular meetings.
