Hello Principals,
The Department of Pupil Transportation is busy preparing to support your field and athletic trips for 2015-16. Please recall that field trip destinations for school bus transportation must be within a 25-mile radius of the State Capitol in Downtown Richmond, and must be completed within the hours of 9:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.
Many personnel have changed over the summer, and we need to ensure the correct staff members are working with our Department for these trips.
