Once at the Google docs Sheets page for your school, we’re asking you to do three things:
1. Look at your listed school partnerships and see if there are inactive ones — community groups, faith-based groups or businesses that are no longer partners with your school.
2. If there are blanks in the column marked “estimated value,” insert a value if it’s possible to obtain one. Even partnerships consisting of only volunteer hours may be given an estimated value: the nonprofit coalition group “Independent Sector” currently values volunteer time at $23.07 per hour.
3. At the bottom of your school’s page, click in the box above “PRINCIPAL/DESIGNEE SIGNATURE” and type the name of the individual or individuals at your school who handle(s) school partnerships. Then type or update the date in the box to the right.
If there are outdated partnerships on your school’s page that need to be removed, or updates to partnership values, please email that information to Chris OBrion in the Department of Communications and Public Relations at csobrion@henrico.k12.va.us.
