In an effort to increase the overall efficiency of HCPS, the Operations and Finance departments are identifying ways for schools and departments to procure items in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Henrico County Public Schools has access to multiple office supply contracts that offer online ordering, next day delivery to your site, and competitive pricing.
Effective July 1, 2015, schools and departments will order all office supplies directly from the contracted vendors noted below. This change does not impact the ordering from other C&M warehouse supply catalogs.
C&M warehouse will continue to stock the following office supplies:

5299-015 Labels for School Visitor Management System
5299-101 Weekly Lesson Plan Book
5299-102 9-Week Class Record Book
Some schools and departments may already have access to online ordering with the contracted vendors. If not, please contact the representative below. Since there are multiple contracts available we encourage you to compare pricing.
