Counseling directors and registrars have been given guidance regarding the reporting of graduates. Counseling offices are submitting spreadsheets identifying all June graduates and the type of award each received to the Department of Technology for upload into PowerSchool. It is critical all June awards not on these lists but entered in PowerSchool post-upload be reported to Bob Oakley in Research and Planning as soon as you become aware of them. Beginning approximately June 30th, Bob will be pulling the data required for state reporting. Failure to meet the reporting deadline to Technology or reporting of the late entries will impact the calculation of the cohort graduation rate for each high school.
