Please complete the eLearning order form by June 5th, 2015.
Last year, we offered secondary schools an opportunity to order their eLearning products at discounted prices. By bulk purchasing, we are able to secure higher discounts for all schools. All of the eLearning products you ordered for the 2014-15 school year expire on August 31, 2015. Listed below, you will find information on ordering products for the 2015-16 school year. By ordering now, you will be able to get a greater discount.
The process will be:
- Today – please review the attached letter explaining pricing and available resources.
- June 5th– All school orders are due back via the Google form to Instructional Technology. Orders must be placed by this date for us to be able to purchase in bulk. Most companies will not give us discounts after our initial order. Purchases made later will most likely be full price. Please complete even if not ordering.
- June 8th through 15th– Instructional Technology gets a final quote from eLearning companies
- June 16th– schools are sent a bill for their eLearning resources. If any further discounts have been obtained, they are reflected on this bill.
- July 1– Orders are processed with the eLearning companies. All money is due for all eLearning resources by July 17th. . It takes 6 weeks for the payment process to complete so in order for these resources to be ready for the first day of school, we must collect the funds by this date.
- The directors are working with the budget office to have checks out the first week in July so that you can meet this deadline.
