Angel Learning Management System (SchoolSpace) will reach its end of life October of 2016. We understand that teachers are most concerned about ease of use and a smooth transition from SchoolSpace to a new LMS. In an effort to be sure we meet the needs of our teachers and students, we are soliciting input from students, teachers at all schools- K-12, Educational Specialists, the Technology Advisory Committee, and administrators. After gathering this input, we will create a rubric which we will use to write the RFP. The tentative schedule will be:
Spring 2015- RFP released
Late spring/early summer 2015- Award of new LMS
1st Semester 2015- technology implementation of new LMS; Professional Development planned/created
2nd semester 2016- Pilot new LMS
Summer 2016- Professional Development
Fall 2016- Full implementation- grades 6-12
Fall 2017- Implementation Elementary
