As you are aware, we are in the middle of our annual assessment of English language proficiency, the ACCESS for ELLs test. Please touch base with your ESL teacher/s and your CAR to ensure that testing is moving along smoothly and that there is a plan in place for returning all materials.
Additionally, last year each principal received a copy of the 2012 Amplified English Language Development Standards in the form of a spiral bound book with a blue cover. If you do not have one or are not able to locate it, please let me know and I will send you one.
