Leadership Assessment Center Candidates,
HCPS will offer a Leadership Assessment Center on February 27, 2015 for aspiring Associate Principals. If you are currently an assistant principal, resource teacher, or specialist and hold an endorsement in administration/supervision, you are eligible to apply for participation in the 2015 Leadership Assessment Center. You may also be eligible to apply if you are an ITRT, CAR, or instructional coach who has held a full-time leadership position outside the classroom and hold an administrative endorsement. Additionally, those who participated in the first Leadership Assessment Center in 2011-12 and have not become an associate principal are eligible to participate again if you would like to improve your score. This is a competitive process and spaces will be limited.
Please complete the Assessment Center application posted on the link below and submit as directed by Friday, January 9, 2015. You will be notified by Friday, January 30, 2015, regarding your acceptance to participate.

Assessment Center Dates:
December 16, 2014 Application Available
January 9, 2015 Application Due
January 30, 2015 Notification of Selected Candidates to Participate
The Leadership Assessment Center will be held in late February and selected candidates will be notified of the specific location and times.
* Interested candidates should apply for either elementary or secondary.
