Each school is once again receiving an allocation of substitute days for school related leave to cover situations that are not specifically covered by special funding. A schedule of approved days for all schools follows.
In order for a substitute for school related leave to be covered by special funding, the individual or department providing the special funding must give the school an authorization code obtained from the Budget Office. Without this code, substitutes for school related leave must be charged to the school’s allocation, Code 001.
If you believe the substitute for a school related leave situation should be covered by special funding, but you have not received a copy of the Budget Office authorization code, please contact the individual or department responsible for securing authorization.
