With the new HCPS Policy and Regulations (11-08-001) a new template has been created for your use in sending out No-Trespass letters. Please discontinue use of all previously used templates related to no-trespassing restrictions. Keep in mind that the new letter is generic, and while it should remain substantially the same, there will be individual situations that will necessitate a change in wording regarding communication, if applicable. This letter is designed for use when a person is banned from a single school. If it is necessary to have a person banned from all HCPS property, contact me and I will work with legal services to craft a divisional letter.
