Transparency is an important component of building trust. Attached you will find the most recent version of the secondary complement form. We are still working through shifting classes and, in a few schools, some scheduling issues, but this is where complement stands now. We believe that this is a partnership and that while it is always going to be someone’s responsibility to make the final decision when there are never enough resources to go around, that that decision has to be defensible, fair and public. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your school’s allocation of staff please feel free to talk to your instructional director or myself.
