The division templates listed below were developed during the summer of 2015, by the HCPS Team using collaborative feedback from a variety stakeholders: students, teachers, specialists, and instructional leaders. Based on the collaborative feedback, schools were given the opportunity to develop school specific instructional planning templates, those templates have also been linked below. All templates provided have been approved by the Instructional Director assigned to the school.
