What to do before applying:
- Look through this Tucker ACA website.
- Go to the Reynolds ACA website to watch the video clips about Tucker ACA and read through FAQs. www.Reynolds.edu/ACA
- Bookmark the Henrico Specialty Centers page for access to the application and county level information.
- Attend an information session
- Attend our Open Houses on October 18, 2023 7 – 9 PM
- Maintain at least a 2.75 GPA at all times.
- Be enrolled in algebra I with a 2.75 or better at all times.
- Carefully select and secure 2 teachers to complete a recommendations; 3rd recommendation optional
- Starting Oct 2 non-HCPS applicants can download and print the application. All supporting documents (transcripts must be sent later to include semester grades) as well as the application must be received by Jan 10 at Tucker High School.
- Non-HCPS applicants register for applicant testing (information available on the specialty center page)
- All applicants ask parents to complete waiver documents prior to applying.
