Here is the yearly Assessment, Deadline and Event Calendar we share with teachers, students and parents. Henrico HS Assessment Calendar
We are returning to Google Calendar in an effort to simplify and lessen the number of platforms you have to search to find information about your child’s assignments and deadlines.
To add a calendar, first create your own Google Calendar. Then you can only add a calendar using a link if the other person’s calendar is public.
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the left side, find “Other calendars” and click the down arrow
.
- Select Add by URL.
- Enter the calendar’s address in the field provided. The address needs to be an ICAL link.
- Click Add calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under “Other calendars.”
Note: It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.

Another tip to add to your google calendar.
1. Login to your google/gmail account.
2. Go the above article.
3. Click on the calendar link that you are interested that is listed at the bottom of the article(9th Grade, 10th grade, …).
4.It will open up the google calendar.
5.Simply click on the +Google Calendar at the bottom right and follow the instructions to add to your calendar.
