Summary
Based on the Beverly Tyner Model, Emergent and Beginning readers will practice Language Arts skills through games that emphasize uppercase/lowercase matching, sight word spelling, sight word matching, and sentence construction in Word Fun. Students will apply this knowledge to create their own games using Keynote software in Make Games. Then they will share these games with their peers and receive feedback from their friends.
