Hope all of our moms have a lovely Mother’s Day! Hope you enjoy a nice day of peace and rest for all that you do for your families!

Thank you, Mrs. Miller, for being our mystery reader on Friday! The kids enjoyed your books, and we can definitely tell that you’ve read them a few (hundred) times before to your little book lover.  🙂  We still have open slots for mystery readers until the end of the year, for anyone interested. You do need to have a volunteer form on file in the office.

Message from Coach LeClair

CTES Families,

It is that time of the year again! We are hosting our Fun in the Sun Field Day on Friday, June 2nd and we are looking for volunteers! Please use the link below to volunteer for a job for field day if you’d like to help out. If you volunteer outside you will be asked to stay at your station for the entire hour and a half due to student safety. Thank you for adhering to this. If you choose outdoor stations your assigned station will be posted on the front office windows on field day. You just find the number station you are assigned, take a map and head to your station. The station descriptions will be at the station. If you choose to cover a teacher’s lunch, the teacher will have activities for you to do while you’re in the classroom. Thank you for your help with this! If you choose set up crew I’ll see you bright and early on June 2nd at 6:00AM !

The kids loved Little Feet Meet, and I really enjoyed seeing what the day is all about. It may take me awhile (lots of other stuff to complete over the next 8 weeks), but I’m working on a slideshow that features all the posters all the other students made to send off our little athletes that day. We have such a wonderful, supportive community here at CTES!
