WOW… just WOW! What an amazing 3 days! I’m still coming down from the high of this conference. My poor husband has been listening to me rant on and on about all the outstanding presentations and people I had the opportunity to work with. I am so inspired by everyone. What a vitamin B shot to the soul! Not only was I motivated by all the amazing ideas I experienced, but just being around such kind, supportive, positive people made my heart smile. I can’t tell you how blessed I feel to be included in this elite group of professionals.

The notes are already updated, but I rushed them and fear a mistake or two. I Don’t Like It, I Love It, I Like To Move It, Fireball, and Pause are already recorded and posted.
I’ve put in my proposal to present at VAHPERD in the fall and hope to have some more new dances to share. If you have any requests PLEASE don’t hesitate to ask so I can get to work on them. The conference will be held here in my home town of Midlothian, VA, so I’m super psyched to welcome you to my neck of the woods. Until then, have a safe and relaxing summer. We have all earned it! 🙂
