Welcome to Echo Lake’s Physical Education Blog!

Thank you for visiting Echo Lake’s Physical Education program!  All children receive a quality physical education lesson each week.  Third, Fourth and Fifth graders are fortunate to have PE twice a week!  All activities and lessons are focused on the five components of Physical Fitness:  Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Flexibility, and Body Composition.  We hope to instill in our students a lifetime commitment toward modeling and living a healthy life!
