Here are the updates for the week, as well as my BackToSchoolOpenHouse2017 Powerpoint should you want to look it over.
In reading, we’re practicing making predictions before and during stories.
For math, we are working with tens and ones in place value and comparing numbers.
For social studies, we are finishing up our geography unit with continents and oceans. AS you saw in the agendas yesterday, we’ll be doing a continents and oceans quiz tomorrow. We will have a unit test on map skills, US and Virginia maps, and continents and oceans on Tuesday October 10th.
Thanks for all you do and have a great week : )
