Physicals will be given on fee night (Thursday, August 30, 3:30-5:30), the week before school starts. Physicals must be dated May 1, 2018 or after that date. PHYSICALS MUST BE ON HENRICO MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION FORMS, JUST CLICK ON THE LINKS BELOW AND PRINT THEM OUT.
