My Family

Hi! I’m Mrs. Caroline Smith and I am so excited to be your child’s kindergarten teacher this year. I graduated from Campbell University in North Carolina.  Campbell is where I met my husband. I am originally from North Carolina.  My family and I moved to Richmond 21 years ago. I am married and have three grown children. My husband and I have one daughter and two sons. All three of our children were students at Trevvett. I have been teaching school for 32 years now. Wow, how time flies when you’re having fun. This will be my 20th year teaching at Trevvett. I have taught kindergarten, second, and third grade.  I enjoy reading, going to the movies, and watching college basketball. My favorite basketball team  is the Duke Blue Devils.   Our family has two dogs, and one cat. One of our dogs is in the picture above. His name is Ollie. I am eager to begin a new year in kindergarten.  I can’t wait to meet all of my new students.
