Apply to the Center for the Arts for the 2018-2019 School Year Now Through January 12, 2018

All applications must be submitted online and are due by January 12, 2018.  Instructions for current HCPS 8th grade students and private/home school students may be found at   http://henricoschools.us/specialty-centers/

Current HCPS High School students (including current CFA students):  You must request access to the application in ZippSlip in order to apply to the Center for the Arts.  To request access to the application, send a written request to CFA Director Dr. Stephanie Poxon at slpoxon@henrico.k12.va.us and she will arrange for Central Office to grant access to the application.  Please allow 72 hours for the application to appear in ZippSlipp.  Don’t wait until the last minute!

NOTE – there are NO paper applications this year!   Please contact Dr. Poxon or Ms. Pippert in the CFA Office if you have any questions!!

Center for the Arts applicants must also audition at Henrico High School on February 3, 2018. 

To get some audition tips, applicants may also attend an audition workshop on January 20, 2018.   Two time slots are available: 9-10:20 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  You may register for a workshop by calling the CFA office at 228-2718.
