FCFA Annual Honors and Awards Picnic:
Saturday, June 5 @ 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
HHS Auditorium and CFA Office area
Everyone Is Invited to the annual FCFA Honors and Awards ceremony at 11:00 in the Auditorium, and then to enjoy a great lunch, silent auction, and fun afternoon with your CFA family.
The FCFA provides chicken, paper items such as plates, cups, and cutlery, and beverages.
Families are requested to bring a covered dish using the alphabet as a guide:
A – M Side Dishes and/or salads
N – Z Desserts and/or munchies

Schedule of events:
10:30 – 10:55 a.m. Please bring your food to the North Cafeteria (closest cafeteria to the CFA Office) or keep your food in a cooler in your car to bring over to the Cafeteria after the Awards Ceremony
11:00 a.m. AWARDS AND HONORS CEREMONY and FCFA ELECTIONS in Auditorium
Seniors will get chords and certificates; Scholarships and Brad Boynton Awards will be announced
12:00 p.m. Lunch buffet served in North Cafeteria; dining al fresco on CFA Office patio area (Chicken, beverages, and paper products supplied by the FCFA)
12:00 – 1:30 p.m. SILENT AUCTION on display in North Cafeteria
1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Karaoke, Games, Tie-Dye T-shirts Station, and CFA Trophy
1:45 p.m. Winners of SILENT AUCTION bids announced

Committee 1: Set up @ 10 a.m. — put tables and chairs in place (need approx. 8 strong people)
Committee 2.: Take in food and set out for Lunch (10:35 – 12:30; need approx. 6 people and coolers)
Committee 3: Clean UP (need approx. 10 people)
Committee 4: Auction workers, 2 per shift in auction area (shifts run in half-hour increments beginning at 12:00)
