It is now the beginning of the second full week in May, which means ANOTHER BRAND NEW movement opportunity to try out! This week the challenges focus on strengthening your abdominal muscles, leg muscles (quadriceps and hamstrings), and improving your cardiorespiratory endurance. Remember that you can choose one challenge, two, or even try all three!!!! If you do not have some of the materials at home, do not panic, because I have listed alternative ways you can do each challenge.
