With May already here (crazy I know), I have some amazing new fitness challenges for you and your families to enjoy. Each week in May I will be posting a set of fitness challenges for you to complete. Since there will be a variety of activities, YOU can choose the challenges you want to complete, YOU can decide when to complete the challenges, and YOU can have fun while improving your health. If you have not caught on yet, the focus of these challenges is all for YOU 🙂
The Week 1 Challenges focus on cardiorespiratory endurance, underhand/overhand throwing & catching, and abdominal strength. You may choose one challenge to complete, two challenges, or even all three challenges. The decision is entirely up to you!
